Description:

Madania Multistorey Car Park will provide enough parking spaces in a high density traffic street. The main aim of the project is to release traffic jams and congestion in the city centre occasioned by the lack of parking facilities.

Proposed solution shapes the building according to the available plot limits in order to gain the maximum possible surface intended for the parking spaces.

Building design consists on: Two underground levels, a ground floor in Mohamed BELKACEMI Avenue, six floors over the ground level, and a top floor terrace with cafeteria. Due to the difference of ground levels between the streets delimiting the plot, ground floor to fourth floor are semi- underground floors in one of the building sides.

Building external image shows a modern, solid, homogeneous and technological glass façade that avoids interior lay out to be seen from the outside.
